Import and migration: move records from another password manager
Import starts in Server settings under Import & migration. The browser reads the export file and opens a preview on the Passwords screen. Nothing is saved until you confirm the final step in an unlocked vault.

Supported export formats
Each source has its own documented export formats. A 1Password .1pux archive is not read, so export CSV from 1Password instead. The VaultPilot template link downloads the product's own template.
Preview first, then save
The preview saves nothing. The final import needs an unlocked active vault, a writable license and Editor or Manager access to that vault. Rows are then created or updated according to the conflict rule you choose.
A failed row keeps earlier rows
Rows are saved one after another. If a later row fails, the rows before it are already in the vault. Before any retry, compare the result counts with the record-level audit events instead of repeating the import straight away.
