A static site with no tracking before consent and no form collection
The evaluation email helper prepares a message in your own mail application; it does not submit, send, or store the request. Google Analytics loads only if you accept it, and nothing is measured before that.
Consent, the email helper, and search
The helper builds the mailto link in your browser and keeps none of the fields you typed. Until you answer the consent notice the pages load no third-party script and set no cookie. If you accept, the site loads Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and records which pages are read; if you decline, it is never loaded. Either answer is kept in your browser under one local-storage key so the notice does not return, and the Change your analytics choice button on this page brings it back. Search matching runs in the browser, and changing a filter sends nothing to a remote form or analytics endpoint. Shareable search state writes the `q` and `type` values into the page URL. Opening or reloading that URL directly can place the path and query string in host request logs. The site’s `strict-origin` referrer policy keeps the path and query out of the `Referer` header when you follow a link from the page.

The web server may keep short-lived technical request logs
The production Nginx host may record the time, requested path and query string, response status, user agent, and network address. Who can read those files depends on host filesystem and service permissions. The launch procedure requires the operator to verify owner, group, and mode after the first write and after each rotation. Logs rotate daily and the configuration keeps 14 files; the operator decides how long logs are actually kept and whether an incident holds them longer.
Email goes through your mail provider and the receiving mailbox
An email link opens your own mail application. Your provider and the receiving provider handle the message under their own policies. The website does not collect that correspondence; retention in the receiving mailbox is set by its operator and provider. Leave secrets and unredacted product data out.
